Just going to say that I by no means think this is a bad idea... But big thing to spring on without prior notice or discussion.
So... discuss.

Just making a few points. @Supersonic4th: Hear what you mean, main issue with trying to come up with a plot in something like this is that you sorta got to find some reason for someone else to be invested (ideally beyond just wanting to help or kill some boredom)

As far as this thing goes, I honestly don't think it's a good idea to try and tie it to the trial, for multiple reasons.

In terms of starting it, from what I can figure there are a number of people who want revenge for his tyrant days (which I'm assuming is something to do with the "white knights" in his bio), so you can have a number of them (violently) siege the house in an attempt to find him.
Which gives everybody else a reason to get involved to try and figure out why they got attacked and who exactly they are.
(I'll admit that this might be a bit flimsy and convoluted, but it's just a thought)

...well, apart from the fact that the character set up seems completely random

I have a weird feeling this arc is just gonna last like 5-10 pages? x'D

The only thing I know about this is is the name, so I can't really say if I support this or not.

If you need a villain, though, The Gamer upgraded Metal Sonic.

I have mixed feelings. We don't know what it entails, but it's interesting enough? I really don't know.

I'm about to head to bed, so unfortunately I can't give my input right now. Just uh, don't make anything concrete until everyone's had their say, I'd say? It's be rather unfair if someone was roped into things, or wasn't, cause they didn't have a chance to say anything in time. :c

@Supersonic4th: seems interesting, but I don't think we need to elongate the main plot in any way.

...yeah okay now that i read through it really sounds like just.. more un-needed complications to the plot????
Pluuus arresting NEW residents for an operation that could've probably been going on for MONTHS iiiis nonsense ><" They could be INTERVIEWED, maybe. But the case is ALREADY going on so it's too little too late?
And why drag Metal Sonic into this??? Why won't we leave canon characters out of it? It's already confusing enough with Chaos Emeralds being in the game, and now MS???
Whyyyy not let this arc just finish itself off? New residents will have time to settle down, old will.. either get arrested or not, and then we'll move on.
...uh. Right? That sounds logical, I think?

@Electrisa: The fact that The Gamer upgraded Metal Sonic to a Non-Canon state kinda gives us the chance to use him, No?

And no, Metal Sonic wasn't upgraded to Neo, from what i understood correctly.

Could i be allowed to introduce one character to join the fray before this plot starts?
